In his remarks, Chairman Nguyen Van Tuan reflected on the past term, acknowledging the collective efforts that have delivered solid results. Looking ahead, he spoke about the need for a shift in mindset, from actively searching for opportunities to being fully prepared to capture them. \u201cWe need to strengthen our internal capabilities and standardize our governance system. The Board will take the lead in building a competency framework, which will then be rolled out across the executive team and leadership levels\u201d.<\/em><\/p>\n

He also expressed his hope to continue receiving guidance from the Board, along with the support and alignment across the Group.<\/p>\n
