The 2026 HR Asia Awards adopted the theme “People First Always,” highlighting the critical role of people at a time when technology \u2013 particularly AI \u2013 is reshaping the global workforce. According to HR Asia, this year’s honorees are organizations that have demonstrated resilience, built strong workplace cultures, and maintained a long-term commitment to developing their people.<\/p>\n

The employee survey conducted as part of the HR Asia Awards 2026 showed that GELEX scored above market benchmarks across multiple evaluation categories.
