The Board of Directors is responsible for setting the Group&#8217;s strategic direction, overseeing long-term development, and providing governance oversight. The Executive Management Team, led by Chief Executive Officer L\u00ea Tu\u1ea5n Anh, is responsible for executing the Group&#8217;s strategy, managing day-to-day operations, and implementing the decisions of the Board.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Alongside the expansion of the Executive Management Team, the CEO also approved a number of title changes across several corporate functions.
