In the spirit of transparency, good faith, and compliance, GELEX will continue to work closely with the regulatory authorities to revise its disclosures as required.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">GELEX emphasized that the matter relates solely to revisions to previously reported information on the use of bond proceeds. It does not affect the Company&#8217;s payment obligations or the rights of bondholders.
