In 2026, GELEX held the second edition of its annual “One Drop of Blood \u2013 One GELEX Heart” blood donation campaign across the Group, in support of the 18th Red Sunday initiative jointly organized by Tien Phong<\/em> Newspaper and the National Institute of Hematology and Blood Transfusion.<\/strong><\/p>\n

What began as an internal volunteer initiative has continued to grow in both scale and reach. This year’s program brought together the Group’s leadership, member companies, employees, and business partners in a shared commitment to supporting the community.<\/p>\n

A defining feature of this year’s campaign was the active participation of GELEX leaders across multiple donation sites. From the Group’s Chief Executive Officer to the leaders of member companies, executives led by example by registering to donate blood alongside employees.<\/p>\n

Speaking at the event, L\u00ea Tu\u1ea5n Anh, Chief Executive Officer of GELEX, said: “Blood donation has long been a meaningful act of kindness in our society. For GELEX, however, this is only the second year of the program. What started as a small initiative has grown into a Group-wide program embraced by employees across our companies and regions\u201d.<\/em><\/p>\n

According to Mr. L\u00ea Tu\u1ea5n Anh, the program’s greatest achievement after two years is not simply the number of blood units collected, but the spirit of collaboration across the GELEX ecosystem and the growing spirit of compassion among GELEX people.<\/p>\n

Alongside the strong commitment shown by leadership, close coordination between the Group and its member companies helped ensure the successful organization of donation activities across all locations.<\/p>\n

Ho\u00e0ng Th\u1ecb Th\u1ee7y, an employee of CADIVI, shared: \u201cIt only takes a little of my time, but it can make a real difference to someone in need. What makes me happiest is seeing more and more colleagues join the campaign every year\u201d.<\/em><\/p>\n

Meanwhile, V\u0169 Minh Kh\u00e1nh, Chief Accountant of EMIC, said: “What stands out most to me is the sense of connection the program creates. Everyone comes with a positive spirit and a genuine willingness to contribute in their own way\u201d.<\/em><\/p>\n

This year, the campaign was held across the GELEX ecosystem while also supporting Red Sunday 2026, contributing to the national blood supply for emergency care and medical treatment.<\/p>\n
