GELEX Managers 2026 is more than a management training program. It is part of GELEX\u2019s effort to build the capabilities the organization needs for its journey toward 2030.<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n

From Strategy to Results<\/strong><\/p>\n

A strategy only matters when it leads to action and results in everyday work. Managers play a key role in making that happen. They take the direction set by the leadership team, turn it into clear goals, organize resources and bring people together to get the job done.<\/p>\n

At GELEX, being a manager is about more than having strong professional skills or doing your own job well. It is also about knowing how to organize work, set priorities, bring a team together and help each person make the most of their abilities.<\/p>\n

That is the idea behind GELEX Managers 2026, built around three priorities: \u201cTranslating Strategy into Action \u2013 Leading People \u2013 Delivering Results.\u201d Running from September to December 2026, the program brings together 30 managers from GELEX Group and its sub-holdings.<\/p>\n

From Doing the Job Well to Helping Others Succeed<\/strong><\/p>\n

Becoming a manager changes how you create value. As a specialist, you can make a difference through your own knowledge and expertise. As a manager, success depends not just on what you can do yourself, but on what your team can achieve together. That means learning to look at problems more systematically, choose the right priorities, organize resources and give people the space and support to take greater initiative in their work.<\/p>\n

GELEX Managers is built around the challenges managers face every day. Methods such as Design Thinking and Agile are introduced not simply to give participants more knowledge, but to help them solve problems more clearly, work better with their teams and turn goals into concrete actions.<\/p>\n

The aim is not to make every manager work in the same way. It is to give them a common foundation they can apply to their own roles and businesses. When managers share a clearer approach to setting goals, choosing priorities, organizing work and leading people, the organization becomes less dependent on each person\u2019s individual experience and better able to work consistently across the Group.<\/p>\n

Building Management Capabilities Means Building Organizational Capabilities<\/strong><\/p>\n

At GELEX, people development is not treated as a series of separate training programs. It is part of a broader effort to build capabilities across the organization, from senior leadership to management teams, in line with the needs of the business.<\/p>\n

Before GELEX Managers, GELEX launched Future Makers 2026 for senior leaders. The two programs serve different but closely connected purposes. Future Makers focuses on leadership mindset, influencing others, building trust and leading the organization. GELEX Managers focuses on what comes next: turning direction into goals, organizing work and helping teams deliver results.<\/p>\n
