GELEX held a ceremony to announce its new Chief Executive Officer on the morning of April 6, 2026, with both in-person and virtual participation. The event brought together Chairman Nguyen Van Tuan, members of the Board of Directors, leadership teams from subsidiaries, and key managers and employees across the Group.

In his remarks, Chairman Nguyen Van Tuan reflected on the past term, acknowledging the collective efforts that have delivered solid results. Looking ahead, he spoke about the need for a shift in mindset, from actively searching for opportunities to being fully prepared to capture them. “We need to strengthen our internal capabilities and standardize our governance system. The Board will take the lead in building a competency framework, which will then be rolled out across the executive team and leadership levels”.

He also expressed his hope to continue receiving guidance from the Board, along with the support and alignment across the Group.
