Over nearly a decade since its equitization in 2015, the headquarters at 52 Le Dai Hanh has been closely tied to GELEX’s transformation. What began as a manufacturer of electrical equipment has evolved into a scaled investment group, shaped by a disciplined M&A strategy, stronger governance aligned with international standards, and a clear investment focus.

That transformation is evident in the numbers. Revenue has grown from VND 8,383 billion to VND 39,513 billion. Profit before tax increased from VND 574 billion to VND 4,621 billion. Total assets reached over VND 73,500 billion by the end of 2025. More importantly, this growth reflects not just scale, but improving quality and efficiency.

The relocation comes at a meaningful moment. 2026 marks both the end of the 2021–2026 Board term and a full decade of growth, making it a natural point to step into the next chapter. It reflects GELEX’s direction going forward, with higher expectations for governance, operations, and long-term vision

The building at 27–29 Ly Thai To meets Grade A office standards and holds LEED Gold certification.
