The Board of Directors of Vietnam Electric Cable Joint Stock Company (CADIVI) has issued a resolution appointing Mr. Le Tran Vinh as Chief Executive Officer of CADIVI and the Company’s legal representative, effective from January 1, 2026.

Previously, according to CADIVI’s announcement, Mr. Ho Quang Nhan submitted his resignation from the position of Chief Executive Officer for personal reasons. The Board of Directors approved his request in full respect of his personal wishes, while sincerely acknowledging and appreciating his significant contributions throughout his tenure.

Mr. Ho Quang Nhan has devoted 16 years to CADIVI, holding various roles across the organization. Since May 2024, he served as Chief Executive Officer and made meaningful contributions to the Company’s governance and operations. During this period, CADIVI accelerated new product research and development, optimized costs through the application of technology in management and operations, achieved strong and continuous revenue growth, and further strengthened its brand position in the market.

GELEX Group and the Board of Directors of CADIVI respectfully recognize and highly appreciate the dedication, sense of responsibility, and leadership impact demonstrated by Mr. Ho Quang Nhan during his time as CEO. Although his resignation was approved based on personal reasons, Mr. Nhan will continue to accompany and contribute to the Company in other roles.

Succeeding Mr. Ho Quang Nhan is Mr. Le Tran Vinh (born in 1970). Like his predecessor, Mr. Vinh has spent more than 37 years with CADIVI. From his early days at the Long Bien Factory, through production coordination and business roles at CADIVI Dong Nai, he has continuously taken on key leadership positions, including Director of CADIVI Central and Northern Factories, before being appointed Deputy CEO of CADIVI and concurrently CEO of CADIVI Northern Region. This long and steady journey has enabled him to accumulate deep professional expertise and a comprehensive understanding of the Company’s systems and operations.

With his long-term commitment, proven leadership capabilities, and strong sense of responsibility, Mr. Le Tran Vinh is expected to carry forward the values built over decades, drive innovation, enhance operational efficiency, and lead CADIVI into a new phase of development, contributing positively to the overall strategy of GELEX Group.

This appointment not only marks an important leadership transition within CADIVI, but also clearly reflects GELEX’s long-term vision and consistency in its 2025 – 2030 development strategy. The leadership rotation and appointment represent a natural continuation of GELEX’s people development roadmap, demonstrating the Group’s spirit of renewal, trust, and commitment to creating opportunities for capable talents in key positions.
