On January 6, 2026, GELEX Electric officially announced the appointments of the General Director and Chief Financial Officer of Hanoi Electro-Mechanical Manufacturing Joint Stock Company (HEM), further strengthening the company’s management structure in a systematic, unified, and effective manner in line with the strategic direction of GELEX Group and GELEX Electric as the parent company.

Accordingly, Mr. Nguyen Chien Thang has been appointed as General Director of Hanoi Electro-Mechanical Manufacturing JSC, and concurrently as the legal representative of the Company, effective from January 1, 2026, succeeding Ms. Le Thi Nga.

Speaking at the appointment ceremony, Mr. Nguyen Trong Trung – General Director of GELEX Electric, emphasized: “HEM is a company with a 65-year history and currently owns a significant asset base, particularly valuable land assets. The appointment of Mr. Nguyen Chien Thang will enable the company to closely follow the Group’s strategic direction, applying a systematic, prudent, and effective approach to optimizing the use and exploitation of resources, thereby laying a solid foundation for sustainable development in the coming period.”

Ms. Pham Thi Kim Cuc appointed as Chief Financial Officer and Chief Accountant from January 1, 2026

On the same day, Ms. Pham Thi Kim Cuc was appointed as Chief Financial Officer and Chief Accountant, effective from January 1, 2026, contributing to the further completion of the financial governance structure and strengthening unified, transparent, and effective management capacity.
