Mr. Đậu Minh Lâm, a GELEX Group Board Member, stated that  GELEX and CADIVI are continuously evolving and hold substantial growth potential.  Given the rapidly changing business environment, adopting an ERM framework is more critical than ever.  He emphasized that businesses must not only accelerate to seize opportunities but also proactively manage risks to maintain a balance between growth and security, laying a solid foundation for future breakthroughs.

The ERM project at CADIVI is part of Phase 2 of GELEX Group’s system-wide risk management capacity enhancement initiative.  Under the guidance of GELEX’s leadership and with contributions from employees, Phase 1 was successfully completed in December 2024. This phase involved the issuance of all ERM framework documents and the development of a Risk Profile—a key document compiling essential risk-related information—for the Group and two sub-holdings.

Following its implementation at CADIVI, the project will proceed to Phase 3, expanding the development of the ERM framework to other subsidiaries. This effort aims to establish a unified, sustainable, and efficient risk management system across the GELEX Group.
