Exciting learning atmosphere at “Global mini MBA – Management mindset” in Ho Chi Minh city
The journey of conquering business management knowledge by GELEX learners in the Southern region through the “Global Mini MBA – Management Mindset” training program has passed more than half of its course and is approaching the graduation day.
As of now, 6/7 core modules of the program have been excellently completed by the learners through vibrant weekend classes including: Leadership Mindset; Human Resource Management 4.0; Building a Sustainable Corporate Culture; Managing & leading change; Marketing management; Developing relationships and partnerships. In April, the program will deliver the 7th module about Lean Operations Management.
Each session has generated an enthusiastic and lively learning atmosphere, filled with discussions and debates among learners from the Group and its subsidiaries.
Sharing her thoughts on the training program, Ms. Nguyen Thi Thanh Thuy, Head of IT Applications, IT Department of the Group, said she was most impressed by the analysis of real-life case studies, where learners eagerly engaged in debates. Each person brought a different perspective and approach. Through this, Ms. Thuy gained valuable insights and a broader view from a management standpoint.
Mr. Pham Dang Trinh, Deputy General Director of THIBIDI Electrical Equipment Company, has not missed a single session. The learning environment is dynamic and open, encouraging debates through group exercises and practical case studies. According to Mr. Trinh, two key takeaways applicable to THIBIDI are Human Resource Management and Strategic Marketing Management, as these are two key areas where the company seeks innovation. Implementing new methods with clear strategies is expected to bring significant changes to THIBIDI in the near future.
The knowledge and skills acquired through 7 modules and 30 intensive sessions are not just theoretical, but include hands-on skills, strategic thinking, and multi-dimensional perspectives — essential tools for GELEX managers to confidently embark on a new stage of development in a highly dynamic business environment.
The official graduation ceremony is scheduled to take place on April 27 at FPT High-Tech Park, Ho Chi Minh City.
