GELEX and its member company Viglacera have once again been recognized as enterprises meeting the 2025 Information Disclosure Standards. This recognition was announced in the “Comprehensive Survey Report on Information Disclosure in the Stock Market 2025”, published on July 1, 2025, as part of the IR Awards 2025 program.

The recognition was based on a thorough assessment of disclosure practices across all listed companies on Vietnam’s stock exchanges. This year, the survey covered 691 listed companies, and 460 were acknowledged as meeting the disclosure standards.

GELEX and Viglacera were among those recognized for their consistent and high-quality disclosure practices. Reports and announcements were released on time, accurately and transparently, allowing investors to access complete and timely information via official channels such as company websites, as well as platforms of HoSE, HNX, and the State Securities Commission.

In addition, GELEX and its units have issued internal regulations and procedures governing disclosure and have proactively kept up with the latest legal requirements.

In a market environment that increasingly demands transparency, information disclosure is no longer just a compliance obligation – it is a key measure of a listed company’s professionalism, responsibility, and credibility.
