Return to previous page Ms. Nguyen Thi Minh Giang is an expert in leadership development, transformation, and change management.
Ms. Nguyen Thi Minh Giang, born in 1983. She previously served as General Director of Talent & Culture and was a member of the Management Board at Mekong Capital, where she played a key role in building leadership teams and shaping corporate culture across the firm’s investment portfolio.
After departing from Mekong Capital in 2022, she took on the role of Board Member at EQuest Education Group.
Since 2023, she has been actively contributing as a Board Member at Tan Hiep Phat Group, an advisory member of the Board of Directors at Phu Nhuan Jewelry (PNJ),focusing on culture and leadership development, and a Board Member at Nami Solar.
Currently, she is the co-founder and CEO of Newing, a consulting and leadership training firm specializing in custom-designed leadership development programs aimed at fostering organizational behavioral transformation and sustainable growth.
The GELEX Board of Directors (2021–2026 term) currently consists of five members: Mr. Nguyen Trong Hien – Chairman of the Board of Directors; Mr. Le Ba Tho – Vice Chairman of the Board of Directors; Mr. Luong Thanh Tung – Vice Chairman of the Board of Directors; Mr. Nguyen Van Tuan – Member of the Board of Directors; Mr. Dau Minh Lam – Independent member of the Board of Directors, Chairman of the Audit Committee.
On March 4, 2025, Mr.Nguyen Van Tuan submitted his resignation from the Board of Directors (term 2021-2026) to focus on his role as CEO of GELEX.
GELEX’s Board of Directors aims to attract additional independent members with extensive expertise across various professional fields, in order to clearly distinguishing the Board’s supervisory role from the executive functions of the management team.
The GELEX Board restructuring and nomination process will be presented for shareholder approval at the company’s Annual General Meeting on March 27, 2025.
