On 10 July 2026, GELEX celebrated its 36th anniversary with the theme “Keeping the Trust.” More than a milestone celebration, the event brought together generations of GELEX people who have helped build, preserve, and carry forward the values that continue to shape the Group’s future.

One of the highlights of the celebration was a panel featuring former GELEX Chairmen, who reflected on the defining moments that shaped the Group’s development over the years.

Their stories went beyond business milestones. They offered insight into the decisions, values, and leadership principles that have shaped GELEX into the organization it is today.

From laying the foundations in its early years to expanding its business and transforming into an investment group, each generation of leaders has contributed to GELEX’s evolution. Throughout that journey, integrity has never been viewed simply as a promise – it has been regarded as an intangible asset that earns the trust of customers, partners, investors, and institutions in Vietnam and around the world.

Speaking at the event, Nguyễn Văn Tuấn, Chairman of GELEX, reaffirmed the Group’s long-term vision: “I believe that by 2030, with a clear strategy, the determination of our people, and the leadership of our Board of Directors and Executive Management Team, we will continue to mobilize the best resources to invest in our people, continuously refine our strategy, and continuously improve the way we develop leadership and capabilities. That will provide the foundation for all of us to achieve GELEX 2030 together”.

Speaking at the celebration, Lê Tuấn Anh, Chief Executive Officer of GELEX, emphasized that the Group’s achievements are the result of generations of people sharing the same belief and working toward the same vision.

The year 2026 also marked several important milestones for GELEX. The Group was included in the Fortune Southeast Asia 500, recognized among Vietnam’s Top 100 Most Valuable Brands by Brand Finance, and named one of Asia’s Best Companies to Work For by HR Asia for the fourth consecutive year.

These recognitions are more than accolades. They reflect GELEX’s continued progress in strengthening its capabilities, enhancing its governance standards, and reinforcing the position of a Vietnamese enterprise on the regional stage.
