On December 19, as part of a series of activities commemorating the 79th anniversary of the National Resistance Day and welcoming the 14th National Congress of the Communist Party of Vietnam, the GELEX system officially commenced construction on two key projects.

ANmaison is the commercial name of the residential development project located at alley 226 Le Lai, Ngo Quyen Ward – Sub-project Phase 1. The project is situated in one of the most prime locations in the city, on a land area of 13.62 hectares. The investor is GELEX Infrastructure Joint Stock Company, through its member company, Kim Trang Materials Import-Export Joint Stock Company.
In Phase 1, the project will deliver 280 low-rise homes, including townhouses and villas, marking the first introduction of Indochinese architectural style in Hai Phong. ANmaison is designed to offer residents a refined lifestyle that blends elegance with a deep connection to local cultural values.

ANmaison is expected to create a new landmark for central Hai Phong, enhancing quality of life, stimulating surrounding commercial and service activities, and making positive contributions to local socio-economic development and real estate value.
Also on December 19, the investor consortium of Viglacera – Hoang Thanh – Central broke ground on the Tien Duong 1 Social Housing Development Project (commercial name: Tien Duong Park City) in Phuc Thinh Commune, Hanoi.
The project covers nearly 45 hectares, with a total investment of more than VND 9.3 trillion. Upon completion, it will provide more than 3,100 social housing units, 427 commercial apartments, and 99 low-rise houses. Additional components of the project include educational facilities from kindergarten to lower secondary school, as well as service and commercial buildings.
The project is expected to significantly increase housing supply, meet residents’ housing needs, and promote sustainable urban development in the area, while making a practical contribution to the Government’s program to develop one million social housing units as directed by the Prime Minister.

In 2025, the continuation of groundbreaking, inauguration, and commissioning ceremonies at key milestones on April 19, August 19, and toward the end of the year is not only a way to celebrate major national events, but also serves to create momentum, inspire confidence, and lay the foundation for the goal of achieving double-digit economic growth in the coming period.
Notably, on December 19, 2025 alone, groundbreaking, inauguration, and technical commissioning activities were carried out simultaneously across 234 projects in 34 provinces and cities, with an estimated total investment of approximately VND 3.4 quadrillion, demonstrating the scale and determination of the economy in its breakthrough phase.
Of this total, the non-state sector contributed nearly VND 2.79 quadrillion, accounting for 82% of total investment. This dominant share of private capital reflects a structural shift in development thinking. Construction sites in 2025 are therefore no longer solely associated with public investment, but have become symbols of synergy between the State and the market, where the private sector is entrusted with a co-creative role in driving growth.
Within this broader momentum, GELEX, together with the community of private enterprises, is helping shape projects built on trust and aspiration, gradually contributing to the creation of a strong and prosperous Vietnam in a new era.
