With the vision of becoming Vietnam’s leading investment group and a symbol of Growth – Efficiency – Sustainability, GELEX officially launched its Corporate Culture Development Project in June 2025. This is a strategic move aimed at building an organization capable of rapid adaptation, high-performance operations, and nurturing aspirations to reach a global scale.
The Corporate Culture Project is being implemented on the occasion of GELEX’s 35th anniversary, following a comprehensive journey of development and transformation that has established a solid foundation in governance, investment, human resources, and branding. This is a journey of internal regeneration from the roots: mindset – behavior – systems.

Through this project, GELEX demonstrates its strong commitment to proactively shaping an adaptable organization, aiming to create a high-performance and flexible working environment – where leaders at all levels act as drivers of change, employees act based on shared values, and the organization operates as a living system: connected, empowered, and constantly adapting in line with strategic direction.
The project will be implemented over 8 months through 4 key phases: Awakening the system and co-creating vision and behavioral values; Activating the culture; Rolling out synchronized cultural campaigns from leadership to each member unit; Embedding culture into systems.
At GELEX, corporate culture is not merely about slogans or visual identity, it is a core capability to create differentiation and accelerate long-term growth. The mindset of “culture is strategy” is being transformed into concrete actions, contributing to building GELEX into an organization that adapts quickly to changes; operates with high efficiency thanks to strong internal cohesion; and moves towards sustainable development with people at its foundation.
