GELEX continues to strengthen its position among the region’s leading companies, by earning a place in the Fortune Southeast Asia 500 for the third consecutive year. Published annually by Fortune magazine, the list recognizes the 500 largest companies in Southeast Asia.

In this year’s ranking, GELEX placed 208th, climbing nine positions from the previous year and 23 places since its debut on the list in 2023.

The Fortune Southeast Asia 500 ranks companies based on revenue from their most recent fiscal year, reflecting the scale of their operations and competitive strength across the region. This year’s list features 500 companies from seven Southeast Asian economies.

Vietnam has 72 companies included in the ranking, highlighting the growing stature of Vietnamese businesses in the region. Among them, GELEX ranks 30th among Vietnamese companies, alongside many of the country’s leading enterprises.

GELEX’s continued rise in the Fortune Southeast Asia 500 comes as the Group maintains strong business momentum. In 2025, GELEX reported consolidated revenue of VND 39,513 billion and profit before tax of VND 4,621 billion – the highest annual profit in the Group’s history.

Beyond its strong financial performance, GELEX is well positioned to benefit from several long-term growth trends across Vietnam and the broader Southeast Asian region.

In the industrial manufacturing sector, demand for investment in power systems, transmission infrastructure, and high-tech manufacturing continues to grow alongside industrialization and the ongoing shift of global supply chains to Vietnam. These trends create new opportunities for companies across the GELEX ecosystem to expand their markets and enhance value creation.

For GELEX, increasing investment in power infrastructure, industrial development, and transportation infrastructure is expected to provide additional growth opportunities across GELEX’s core business segments.

During the 2026–2030 period, GELEX will continue investing in sectors that form the foundational sectors of the economy, supporting its ambition to achieve sustainable growth and strengthen its long-term competitiveness.
