GELEX Culture Town Hall – When Behavior Becomes the Heart of Cultural Impact
On December 29, 2025, GELEX Group hosted the Q4 GELEX Culture Town Hall with the participation of the Group’s Leadership and all employees. The program was designed as an open and sincere dialogue space—where culture was not limited to directions or slogans, but clearly reflected through concrete behaviors in everyday work.

The central highlight of the program was the sharing sessions from various departments on the GELEX Cultural Behavior Dictionary, a practical tool that translates the three core values Integrity – Synergy – Innovation into behaviors that are close to reality, easy to understand, and easy to apply in daily work.
Through creative formats such as videos, visuals, short performances, and presentations, teams demonstrated how each individual can bring out their own strengths, roles, and unique contributions, while remaining aligned with the Group’s shared cultural direction.

Drawn directly from real work experiences, the discussions showed how GELEX culture is gradually being “translated” into everyday choices—from decision-making and cross-unit collaboration to the way employees interact with colleagues, partners, and customers. Culture is no longer a one-way message, but a practical tool that helps people work more effectively, act more proactively, and create more sustainable value.

Within this open dialogue, Mr. Nguyen Van Tuan, CEO of GELEX Group, emphasized the vital role of culture and people in the Group’s long-term development strategy toward 2030. Alongside the pillars of Investment, Finance, and Technology, GELEX remains committed to building a working environment where every employee is trusted, given opportunities, and supported to grow in line with their capabilities and strengths.

The program concluded with the interactive game “GELEX Culture Experts,” honoring the Top 20 outstanding “culture experts,” including 3 First Prizes and 17 Encouragement Prizes—further spreading the spirit of proactive cultural practice throughout the Group.
The GELEX Culture Town Hall once again affirmed a clear message: culture only truly matters when it is expressed through behavior. And it is through consistent, everyday actions that GELEX’s cultural strength will continue to be nurtured, becoming a solid foundation for the Group’s long-term development journey.
