The Board of Directors of GELEX Electric has officially announced and presented the appointment decision naming Ms. Lê Việt Hà, Director of the Internal Audit Division and Director of the Risk Management Division of GELEX Group, as Deputy Chief Executive Officer of GELEX Electric, effective November 14.

Ms. Hà is widely regarded as one of the Group’s young and capable leaders, professionally strong, dynamic, and a key contributor to the effective implementation of GELEX Group’s development strategy in recent years.

Speaking at the appointment ceremony, Mr. Đậu Minh Lâm, Independent Board Member and Chairman of the Audit Committee of GELEX Group, reaffirmed the Group’s consistent policy of developing talent and promoting internal leadership rotation to meet strategic human-resource needs for the new period. He acknowledged Ms. Hà’s competence and dedication in her roles leading Internal Audit and Risk Management, noting that she has always fulfilled her responsibilities with excellence. He expressed his hope that she will continue to uphold the Group’s core values: credibility, synergy, and creativity as well as her own personal values, contributing to the success of GELEX Electric and the Group as a whole.

Mr. Nguyễn Trọng Trung, CEO of GELEX Electric, shared that the company is moving toward strengthening R&D and expanding international cooperation. Therefore, this appointment marks an important step in reinforcing the leadership team and enhancing the company’s governance foundation, enabling GELEX Electric to pursue more ambitious goals on its development journey.
