According to the company’s official disclosure, Ms. Lê Việt Hà will assume the position of Deputy CEO starting from November 14, 2025.

Ms. Hà holds a Master’s degree in Business Administration and currently serves as Director of the Internal Audit Division and Director of the Risk Management Division at GELEX Group.

She is recognized as one of GELEX’s young, capable, and dynamic leaders, having made significant contributions to the effective execution of the Group’s development strategy in recent years. With the practical experience she has accumulated at GELEX Group, the addition of Ms. Hà to the executive leadership of GELEX Electric aims to further align the company’s operational standards with the Group’s governance model.
