On the morning of July 16, the Vietnam ETE & Greenergy Expo 2025 – a prestigious international exhibition on electrical technology, energy-saving solutions, and green energy – officially opened in Ho Chi Minh City. The event gathers over 500 leading enterprises from industrial powerhouses such as the U.S., Germany, Japan, South Korea, and Singapore. GELEX Electric made a bold impression with its high-efficiency, eco-friendly electrical and energy ecosystem.

A member of GELEX Group, GELEX Electric unites some of the top names in Vietnam’s electrical equipment industry, including CADIVI, EMIC, THIBIDI, and CFT. This year, the GELEX Electric booth was designed with a modern, minimalist aesthetic, eliminating traditional partitions to create a seamless product flow that highlights technological value.

At the heart of the GELEX Electric booth are products designed for a greener future. Among them are CADIVI’s /FRT and /FRT-LSHF power cables – fire-retardant, low-smoke, halogen-free products that comply with RoHS standards and are certified by the Singapore Green Building Council (SGBC).

CADIVI’s power cables have been used in major projects and successfully entered international markets.

THIBIDI introduces its large-capacity 1600kVA dry-type transformer, certified by the UK’s ASTA – capable of stable operation at -25°C, ideal for the harshest environments. The dry design enables easy installation in high-rise buildings, underground areas, food factories, and ships, while its durable resin-cast coils simplify maintenance and resist humidity.

Meanwhile, EMIC showcases its AMI smart meter solutions, featuring single-phase and three-phase meters with real-time data collection, two-way communication, electricity theft detection, prepaid functionality, and easy integration into smart grids. EMIC also presents its compact LPVT/LPCT measuring devices, known for low power consumption, high accuracy, and long-term durability.

Another highlight drawing attention is the high-performance copper Rod and Wire product line from CFT (Vietnam Copper Wire & Cable Co.), a GELEX Electric member. Offered in various sizes (Rod: 8mm, 12.5mm, 16mm; Wire: 2.6mm), these products efficiently serve cable manufacturing, automotive parts, and metal packaging industries.
