On March 12, 2026, within the framework of the GELEX Connection program, GELEX Group continued its scholarship initiative for outstanding students of the University of Economics Ho Chi Minh City (UEH). The activity once again reflects GELEX’s commitment to supporting and encouraging the spirit of learning, research, and innovation among the younger generation.

At the program, the Group awarded two scholarship packages, the GELEX Wings Scholarship and the GELEX Talent Scholarship, to six outstanding students of the university, with a total value of VND 75 million.

Representing the students, Lê Vũ Ngọc Hân, a final-year student majoring in International Business at UEH, expressed her gratitude to GELEX Group. According to Hân, the scholarship is not only financial support but also a strong source of motivation for students to continue striving in their studies, developing themselves, and working toward contributing to society.

Student Lê Vũ Ngọc Hân shared an emotional reflection on her academic journey and the opportunities opened up by the program.

Speaking at the event, Ms. Nguyễn Thị Minh Giang, Member of the Board of Directors of GELEX Group, emphasized that people have always been at the core of the Group’s development strategy. The GELEX Connection program not only provides financial support to students but also fulfills GELEX’s mission of “Joining hands to build the future of Vietnam”, through collaboration with universities and the business community to help develop a high-quality workforce for the country. She also congratulated the scholarship recipients and shared her expectations: “Today’s students are the future of Vietnam’s economy and will become the leaders who contribute to the country’s development”.

From the university’s side, the University of Economics Ho Chi Minh City (UEH) highly appreciated GELEX’s partnership in supporting students. The event also marks the first milestone in implementing the cooperation agreement between UEH and GELEX Group signed in May 2025. A representative of the university noted: “UEH expects that the cooperation between the two sides will continue to grow stronger in the future”.

To date, under the GELEX Connection program, the Group has signed cooperation agreements with five key universities in both Northern and Southern Vietnam, including: Hanoi University of Science and Technology; Foreign Trade University; Ho Chi Minh City University of Technology (VNU-HCM); Ho Chi Minh City University of Technology and Education; and the University of Economics Ho Chi Minh City.

Through these activities, GELEX continues to reaffirm its commitment to supporting education, contributing to the development of high-quality human resources, and joining hands to create sustainable values for the community and society.
