Return to previous page GELEX’s headquarters at 27–29 Ly Thai To Street in Hanoi has earned LEED Gold certification from the U.S. Green Building Council (USGBC), under the LEED v4 BD+C: Core and Shell Development rating system.
LEED is one of the world’s most widely recognized green building rating systems. It looks at areas such as energy and water efficiency, materials and resources, and indoor environmental quality.
The certification recognizes GELEX’s efforts to design and build the headquarters with greater energy efficiency, more sustainable materials and a modern, comfortable working environment.
GELEX Tower at 52 Le Dai Hanh Street previously achieved LEED Platinum v4.1 certification for an existing building in operation.
For GELEX, achieving LEED Gold at its new headquarters is another step towards creating workplaces that are modern, efficient and more sustainable.
