Notice on Sending of Invitations to the 2025 Annual General Meeting of Shareholders of GELEX
On March 5, GELEX Group announced the agenda for the 2025 Annual General Meeting of Shareholders (AGM) (bilingual) on the official company website at the following link: https://gelex.vn/bao-cao/tong-hop-toan-bo-tai-lieu-dhdcd-nam-2025.
GELEX Group has also sent invitations to shareholders to attend the 2025 AGM. All invitations have been handed over to EMS for delivery to shareholders. The courier will both call each shareholder to deliver the invitation letter and send text messages to shareholders at the following times:
- Notification of preparation for delivery
- Notification of successful delivery
- Notification of undelivered mail (including reschedule details)
- Notification that the letter will be returned to the sender (GELEX), including the reason for return
The text messages will be sent to the phone numbers registered in the shareholders register dated February 25, 2025, provided by VSDC. Therefore, GELEX Group recommends that Shareholders verify your phone number information to ensure receipt of the invitation letter.
