At the HR Asia Awards ceremony, GELEX was honored to be named in the category “Best Companies to Work in Asia 2024”, along with the special award “HR Asia Most Caring Company” – honoring businesses with comprehensive health and happiness care policies for employees.
With a score exceeding the market average, GELEX has successfully surpassed more than 700 companies to win the title of “Best Companies to Work in Asia” for the second consecutive year. At the same time, the Organizing Committee also conducted in-depth interviews with business leaders and independent external research results.
In addition, with the award “HR Asia Most Caring Company”, GELEX once again affirms its commitment to comprehensive health care for employees, ensuring policies and benefits for employees during epidemics, economic difficulties, etc. This is a testament to the constant efforts of Group’s Board of Directors in creating a working environment where the interests and values of employees are always put first.
