GELEX Group JSC has announced the appointment of Mr. Le Tuan Anh as Group Chief Executive Officer, following the election of Mr. Nguyen Van Tuan, the current CEO, to the Board of Directors as Chairman.

This leadership consolidation marks a further step in GELEX’s roadmap to refine its governance model and strengthen executive capacity for the next phase of development.

Mr. Le Tuan Anh, born in 1994 and currently Deputy CEO of the Group, is a young leader who has grown within the GELEX system. He has held a range of positions and played key roles throughout the Group’s development, directly leading several major projects, particularly in investment and international partnerships. He also serves as Chairman of GELEX Infrastructure JSC.

His hands-on experience, deep understanding of the organization, and forward-looking mindset provide a strong foundation as he takes on the role of CEO in this new phase.

This leadership transition is aligned with GELEX’s move toward a streamlined two-tier governance model. With the CEO directly overseeing division directors, the Group expects to enhance operational efficiency, accelerate decision-making, and further unlock the capabilities of its teams.
