GELEX inaugurates the “Global Mini MBA – Management Thinking” Training Program in Ho Chi Minh City
On the morning of February 22, 2025, in Ho Chi Minh City, the GELEX Group, in collaboration with the FPT School of Business & Technology (FPT University), inaugurated the second course of the “Global Mini MBA – Management Thinking” program. In this training course, participants will not only be equipped with fundamental theories of management but also have the opportunity to apply them directly to real-life work situations, enhancing their problem-solving skills and effective team leadership.
The opening ceremony was attended by Mr. Nguyen Trong Hien – Chairman of the BOD of GELEX Group; Mr. Le Tuan Anh – Deputy General Director of GELEX Group; Mr. Ho Quang Nhan – General Director of Vietnam Electric Cable Corporation (CADIVI); Ms. Mai Thi Minh Thu – Chief Human Resources Officer of GELEX Group; Dr. Doan Xuan Huy Minh – Director of Ho Chi Minh City Campus of FPT School of Business & Technology; along with 26 participants who are leaders and management staff from GELEX, CADIVI, THIBIDI, and CFT.

Speaking at the ceremony, Dr. Doan Xuan Huy Minh – Director of the FPT School of Business & Technology in Ho Chi Minh City, stated: The Global Mini MBA training course is a condensed program that distills the most essential content from the traditional MBA training program at FSB. Participants will be exposed to knowledge through practical learning methods that are concise yet comprehensive, allowing them to learn while working and easily apply it immediately to their jobs. This not only enhances individual management skills but also brings outstanding effectiveness to work and the development of the organization.

The “Global Mini MBA – Management Thinking” program, 2nd Course, is designed to include 30 sessions covering 7 key topics: Leadership Thinking; 4.0 Human Resource Management; Change Management and Leadership; Marketing Management; Lean Operations Management; Building Relationships and Partnerships; Cultivating a Lasting Corporate Culture. The program will be delivered by professional instructors from FSB using a variety of innovative and flexible teaching methods.

After completing the course, participants will be equipped with extensive knowledge in management, leadership, and strategic thinking, enabling them to lead their teams and drive the company’s growth in the context of global competition.
