On September 5, GELEX officially launched GELEX Managers 2026 – Leading to Impact, a development program for managers and high-potential talent from GELEX Group, GELEX Electric and GELEX Infrastructure.
The launch was attended by Le Tuan Anh, CEO of GELEX Group, together with members of the Group’s Executive Board; Nguyen Trong Trung, CEO of GELEX Electric; Ton Manh Dung, Deputy CEO of GELEX Infrastructure; as well as the program’s faculty and 30 participants.

GELEX Managers 2026 comes at a time when GELEX and its member companies have set their vision and goals for 2030 and are entering a new phase that calls for stronger execution, greater agility and the ability to move faster.

Speaking at the launch, GELEX CEO Le Tuan Anh said that turning the Group’s goals into reality requires three essential elements: strategy, resources and execution capability. And the ability to execute, he noted, needs to be strengthened at every level of the organization.
“The program is designed to help participants lead their teams to deliver results through three key changes: setting clearer goals and priorities; organizing work more effectively, with clear ownership and accountability; and unlocking the capabilities of their teams instead of trying to take on or do everything themselves”, said Le Tuan Anh.

He added that GELEX Managers is only the beginning of a longer journey: “It is the first step in a series of programs designed to keep strengthening and updating our capabilities”.
Also speaking at the launch, Nguyen Trong Trung, CEO of GELEX Electric, spoke about the particular pressures middle managers face, who must deliver on expectations from above while at the same time addressing resource needs and supporting the teams they lead.

“Rather than seeing this simply as a training program, we can look at GELEX Managers as an investment by GELEX in its middle management team. The value lies in helping managers stop trying to carry everything themselves or doing the work for their teams, and instead learn how to organize and lead people to achieve results together”, he said.

Representing GELEX Infrastructure, Deputy CEO Ton Manh Dung pointed to another important shift in the way managers need to think about their role: from passing on instructions to turning direction into action.
A manager’s role, he explained, is not simply to pass instructions from senior leaders down to employees. It is to translate goals, expectations and pressures into clear priorities and actions that teams can understand, act on and deliver.

“As the pace gets faster, we cannot move forward alone. We need strong teams if we want to go further”, said Ton Manh Dung, highlighting the importance of collaboration as GELEX enters its next stage of development.
GELEX Managers 2026 – Leading to Impact comprises three modules: The Manager’s Mindset; Design Thinking; and Agile Ways of Working. The program began on September 5 and will run through December 2026.

Through the program, GELEX aims not only to strengthen individual management capabilities, but also to strengthen collaboration across the Group, develop the next generation of leaders and turn strategy into action and results.
