GELEX has announced a plan to pay 2025 dividends in shares at a rate of 25%, alongside a 20% bonus share issuance from equity.

Specifically, the company expects to issue more than 225.5 million shares at a 25% ratio (4:1) for dividend payment. In parallel, it will issue over 180.4 million bonus shares at a 20% ratio (5:1) to increase charter capital from equity. All newly issued shares will be freely transferable.

The issuance is scheduled for Q2/2026, subject to confirmation from the State Securities Commission of Vietnam that the required documentation has been fully received, and no later than six months after the conclusion of the 2026 Annual General Meeting of Shareholders.

In total, GELEX plans to issue approximately 406 million shares in this round, equivalent to a par value of around VND 4,060 billion. Upon completion, the company’s charter capital will increase from VND 9,023 billion to VND 13,084 billion.

Previously, GELEX paid an interim cash dividend for 2025 at a rate of 8%, amounting to nearly VND 722 billion distributed to shareholders.

For 2026, GELEX targets consolidated net revenue of VND 44,712 billion, maintaining double-digit growth across its core business segments, with profit before tax projected at VND 3,615 billion.
