The iHRP Human Resource Management Software System is an integrated program for managing resources from recruitment to management, training, and development, featuring numerous excellent functionalities aimed at synchronizing and efficiently managing human resource data across the entire GELEX Group.

On October 31, at the headquarters of GELEX Group, a launch event for the iHRP Human Resource Management Software System Implementation Project took place, attended by representatives of the leadership and senior management from both GELEX Group and FPT Group.

The iHRP Human Resource Management Software System has been developed and continuously upgraded by FPT IS Co., Ltd. for nearly 20 years by a team of experienced experts.

The implementation of the iHRP human resource management software system by GELEX will enhance the centralized human resource management efficiency within the GELEX system, while also assessing the needs and priority functions in GELEX’s digital transformation roadmap to ensure the scientific application of information technology in production and management operations.

The project consists of two phases: Phase 1: Implementation of the core module and integration (2024); Phase 2: Implementation of payroll, bonuses, insurance, taxes, training, and advanced modules (2025). The deployment scope includes GELEX, GELEX Electric, GELEX Infrastructure, Viwasupco, and affiliated companies directly managed by GELEX Electric.

Speaking at the launch ceremony, Mr. Le Tuan Anh – Deputy General Director of GELEX Group stated: “We chose FPT as our partner for this project due to their experience and reputation in the field of human resource management in Vietnam. Currently, GELEX has nearly 10,000 staff and over 50 member companies. We always consider the development of human resources to be a valuable asset of the company. Effective human resource management is a key factor in achieving success in production and business operations.”

Mr. Nguyen Hoang Minh – General Director of FPT IS expressed his gratitude to the leadership of GELEX Group for selecting and trusting their unit to implement the project.

“We want to bring management experience from large corporations in Vietnam, especially in the context of a complex structure with many member companies and diverse operations. The ultimate goal is to create a modern, efficient working environment that offers an excellent experience for employees, positively contributing to GELEX’s development in the future,” Mr. Nguyen Hoang Minh shared.

To facilitate the smooth implementation of the project and ensure it meets deadlines, both parties have established a project team to coordinate the execution. On GELEX’s side, the project team includes key personnel from the Group and the member companies involved in the project implementation scope.

The implementation of the iHRP Human Resource Management Software System is expected to help GELEX optimize human resource management, saving time and costs while enhancing efficiency. Additionally, it will optimize management processes and improve the effectiveness of human resource information utilization, contributing to generating new value in both corporate management and business operations.
